I would like to thank you, your wife & your entire staff for the great job you all did with the sale of my mother's house...All my wife & I had to do was take out the furnishings & items we wanted.  After that, you took care of everything else, including cleaning, removing everything, and auctioning all furnishings.

I was pleased with the price of the house you were able to get, and it took only 7 weeks to the day for my money.  Also, the price we received for all the furnishings was more than we expected...

If I would have gone to a traditional agency, I would still not have the house cleaned out or ready for sale.  I'll stay with this way of ever selling a house from now on.

Again, we are ever so happy that we made the decision to go this route with you handling everything.  Thank you so much & God bless you all at Beloit Auction.
