Bill and Audra Perkins and their family started Bill Perkins Auction & Realty in 2001. Perkins holds his CAI and GPPA accreditations, and is a licensed REALTOR®. The Avalon Auction Center at 8727 E. Avalon Rd., Avalon, WI 53505 opened its doors in May of 2002, specializing in gallery style in-house auctions.

The continued success and growth of the Avalon Auction Center will now be under the umbrella of long-time associate & friend Richard Ranft, Beloit Auction Service, Inc., 534 W. Grand Ave., Beloit, WI 53511. Ranft and Perkins have over 50 years combined experience in the auction industry.

Together they will continue building their business to offer Residential, Rural & Commercial Real Estate Auctions and complete Estate Liquidations, Antique, Household, Farm, & Specialty Auctions, as well as on-site Auctions and Business Liquidations.
